Not Sure where we will run to on the Saturday, When we know it would be good if you could sort some sort of Pub Lunch. I have asked the Bubble Car Museum for ideas for a run. Max 15 Miles each way.

Rough itinary:


Friday.
Arrive from 12 Mid day. Setup and Settle In.
I'm sure we will gather together for the evening. (Unless someone wants to organise something)

Saturday.
10:00 Leave for (Destination TBA)
1:00 Lunch at a Pub (malski to arrange)
3:00 Museum Visit and Silly Games / Free time.
7:00 DIY Bar-B-Que. Bring your own Food / Drink. (Need an Organiser)

Sunday.
10:00 Raffle, Prizes Thankyou's etc.
11:00 Depart.

Hi,

I would like to put my name provisionally on the list. There would be two of us as that is all a QT can carry! We may have to take a car though.

I will try and reserve the date and I can't see that any problems should arise. I have never been to a rally or any sort of vehicular meeting before so I don't know really what to expect. This being the case, I don't think I would be too good at organising events. I am more than happy to help with stuff but maybe am not the right person for the job.

What are accomodation arrangements? I don't have a caravan or anything like that, can we bring tents?

You can bring a Tent or use the B&B.

Hi Alex,

Provisionally I will be coming with my partner Mandy and Scooby, the 340cc Fun!

Not sure about accomodation yet, I may hire a van to bring the pod in as we live in Norfolk and I really don't fancy taking my chances on the A17! We may bring sleeping bags and sleep in the van!

I am interested in attending, with my daughter and Funtech 50. I am assuming there are facilities for camping? Given the distance, we shall have to come by car with the Funtech in a trailer.

It's about time i created a list of atendees for the rally, and counted up the mains hookups as well.

First up - Mysalf and Mandy camping ( or BnB )

Malski + Pat - organising the saturday Lunch.

Barry and Evelyn Singer - Mains Hookup No. 1

Jeanette and richard. - Mains Hookup No.2

Ann + Martyn - Mains Hookup No. 3

Andy Side + caseus - Camping

Jaquelyn and Trog ( staying Off site )

Jordan + Partner

Chris Manley + Partner

Chris & Karen - Mains Hookup No. 4

Ron and Julie - mains hookup No. 5

Jules + daughter

Annie and Pete - Mains hookup No. 6

TERRY BARRETT

Dave and Trish Glover - Reserve for mains hookup. (There are only 6 and it has to be fisst come first served.)

If I missed you and you Signed up - it's not intentional - just post in this thread....
All the Mains hookups are taken + 1 reserve, so i doubt there will be any free.
if you no longer need a hookup please let us know in this thread.

Also the cost.

It's going to be £15 per person, + 6 if you want mains Hookup.

This is more than last year but the Museun charge £7 pp per night and i have hired their chairs & tables so we all have enough to sid down comfortably.

Please also bring a raffle Prize. The Prize should be wrapped and suitably disguised.
The Money for the raffle I will put to the cost of making a rally momento of some kind.
(Ideas welcome )
Any left over we can donate to a suitable charity (Ideas again please ). I'd favour the Air ambulence.

As I am about to sell my QT, it may be that I wont have a Qpod at the time.

I might still come down though, however I will be in my car!

I will confirm if I am not coming.

You did indeed request a HookUp .

You were the 2nd to ask - so you will have a hook up.

Annie and Pete - there may not be a hookup for you.

Just to confirm Ann and myself are well up for this and looking forward to it.
Its not the end of the world if we dont have hook up so if someone really can't do without it
let them have ours
