Mary, did you buy Scooby?
Chris, I will bring the general knowledge quiz, Its one that my other half does in her pub on the Thursday night so it will be all current affairs etc. I will get on to Secma and Cunninghams tomorrow regarding raffle prizes etc - Is everyone bring ing Schnapps for a "Guess the additive" competition?

Hi All - Well it's only just under 3 weeks to the Meet-Up at Byrom's Leap and I thought I'd just like to confirm a few details for you all. The plan is to meet up on Friday if possible - Karen and I and Malski and Pat will be there from lunchtime onwards to welcome everyone but anytime over the weekend is fine. Mal has sorted out the run for Saturday which is approximately 18 miles on which we avoid any major roads. At our destination we have a nice Castle to have a look round and also a really nice Cafe where we can get some refreshments. (Mal is going to post a menu here very shortly)

There will be a communal BBQ available in the evening (bring your own food) and we also have a Karaoke evening planned for our amusement. Weather permitting we have planned a driving competition on the top field and hope that everyone will take part to find our Q-Pod Driver of the year! We will also be having a General Knowledge quiz at some point in the evening.

So far I have confirmations from the following people:

Jackie & Trog, Chris M, Steve, Mal & Pat, Karen & Me, Martin & Ann, Mary, Tim Pittick, Alex, Pete & Annie, Dave & Trish, Margaret & Ruth, Gary Wealleans.

Hopefully you can all still make it and if anyone else wants to be there that's fine The more the Merrier. The cost should be the same rate per night per unit and it has cost £80 to hire the marquee which split between everyone should only be a few pounds each.

We will have a raffle again for which I will supply a prize and if anyone would like to bring a raffle prize to make the raffle more interesting that would be great. We look forward to seeing you all there. Cheers, Chris.
Ah yes forgot about that I think we should have enough for everyone with our respective batches..... i've mad a couple of different ones and Mal probably will have done so should be ok.

Can recommend home-cooked ham and salad. He also makes the best chips on the planet and a lovely apple pie.

Hi everyone,
here is a sample of the menu to give you an idea of what is on offer, we do not have to pre book but I feel that if we arrive in a couple of groups it will not give the chef a headache trying to cook for everyone at once
