hi all i was wondering if anyone can help i have just got the ignishon fixed on bug and now will not start i am geting a buzzing noise  when the key is turned i know its not the starter moter as this is normanly a ticking noise have cheed the pillion and thats not stuck sounds like its the selyanoid just wanted to know if anyone has has this problem andy side

Hi Andy

It sounds like the battery voltage is dropping to low as it tries to turn the engine.
This is causing the Solonoid to drop out the battery voltage rises and the solonoid re connects.

That suggests either the Battery is not as well as it should be or more likely, there is a short on the wire between the motor and the solonoid or in the starter motor.

Run the battery test as per my earlier posts on this subject and check that the starter motor wire is ok.
