I saw that one around for some time.  I think they must have bought it and taken the roll bar and windscreen off for some reason.

Yeah because it's either been rolled or I'm a doughnut.

FFS!

Yup, totally agree - hope nobody buys it!

I must admit I had seen that one advertised and don't think it looks excellent. The one comment I would make is it should be perfectly safe if you wore a helmet, and as it doesn't have the rollbar or any of the safety equiptment surely it should be reclassed and have a helmet as a legal requirment? I don't know.. The one comment I will make though is I won't touch it with a bargepole!
It is not even safe with a helmet - the roll bar stops it folding in half in an accident and stops the whole body being crushed.  I have seen a Qpod that has rolled with two people in it and if it wasn't for the roll bar and windscreen, they could both be dead or seriously injured.  Also the plastic shell has been weakened by being split open and welded - this really is a death trap
Phew it didnt sell!
Its back on £50 cheaper.........

Oh dear!  Can items be reported to ebay as potentially unsafe does anyone know?

Not as far as I know! As people sell spares & repairs items on ebay all the time. I would recommend speaking to the DVLA, or perhaps reporting it to the police?

Couldn't you theoretically just put another roll bar and windscreen back on it ?
Yes you could but it is being sold as a roadworthy vehicle which it clearly is not!
