Secma Qpod Club

Qpod Club - be a part of the fun!

Hi all,

I'm still after a Qpod. Preferably in very good condition with rack and cab kit but anything considered.

I'm in Dorset and would prefer something local but could possibly travel a bit for the right pod.

Cash waiting!

Cheers, Matt

There are 2 available on ebay at the moment. You will struggle to find ang locally as they are so rare. If you dont want to travel hire a courier thats what i looked into
Thanks for the reply, Alex.

I like the blue and yellow one on eBay. A courier is an option I'd consider but getting one from Norwich would be an awful lot of money!

I guess I'm looking at anywhere in the south of England.

Cheers, Matt

Youd be surprised at how cheap some people will do, i would expect anything up to £200 but deffinately no more. Try putting an advert on shiply and see what quotes you get. I live in Hereford (mid wales) and when I bought my piaggio ape from Brighton it only cost me £150.. and it is about a 5 hour journey, so it deffinately worth looking into :) I was lucky enough to have my pod delivered by the previous owners so didn't have to worry about it this time.

You're right, the quotes on Shiply aren't too bad really. Unfortunately, the blue and yellow one I liked is now sold.

Has anyone else out there got a nice Pod they'd like to sell?

Cheers, Matt

I know my friend Meyrick had a Qpod for sale back in september, but I'm not sure if he has sold it now or not, but I'll ask him for ya and see if it's still there :)

Thanks Alex,

I think my friend Ben (also on here) spoke to Meyrick on the phone about it. I'm not sure but I think it needed a bit of tidying up? I'm not that great with spanners so am hoping for a tidy, low mileage one if possible. No harm in asking though :)

Cheers, Matt

Well to be honest matt I have pictures that meyrick sent and personally I would say its absolutely fine, it does have rusty wheels but you get that with all qpods, and the mud guards are cracked but again this happens on all sports. I would deffinately say Meyrick's is a damn good qpod though :)
