Qpod 50cc Ticks over but will Not Rev

Hi I have a Qpod Funtech 50cc. It starts and ticks over but as soon as you twist the throttle the engine dies. If release the throttle the engine ticks over again.
I have taken the cab off and clean it and all of the jets, also taken the tank out and check the vacuum tap and the tank. Could it be the Exhaust collapsing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Has any one got any ideas or had the same problem.

Hi.

To get the mixture right have a look at My Thread ( carburation on an older qpod )
Use a Gunston Colourtune......
