Qpod Keyrings

Hi All,
Just wanted to run something past someone at Cunninghams. (Chelsea or Kev maybe)
What I wish to do is make up some keyrings to give away at the first Qpod Rally to all the Qpod owners that turn up. The keyrings will be made in the shape of the Qpod logo with First Qpod Rally and the year engraved on them. Below is a pic of a prototype for your approval.

The one in the pic has only the Qpod logo engraved on it. I just wanted to confirm that I am not going to get in trouble with regards to copywrite, or be stepping on anyones toes before I go ahead and make them. If this is ok, I will contact Martyn and ask if he would hand them out to everyone.

Looks good to me, by the hole in the middle it looks like with a little modification you could also make it work as a bottle opener or is that one step to far?

Hi Richard, I like the bottle opener idea, only problem is they are made from 1.6mm Alloy, not strong enough. You will have to stick to Twist Tops!

Hi Martyn,
I still havn't heard from Kev to see if it's OK to use the Qpod Logo yet. I suspect it will be OK because I havn't seen a little "R" behind the logo meaning it's registered. I might start making them and see how we go, afterall we are giving them away not selling them for profit.
Could you give me some idea of how many you might need, I was thinking maybe one or two per car plus a few more for pod owners that turn up without a car or that RSVP close to the event. They take a little time to make so the sooner I get started the better. When they are ready I will let you know and we can organise an address to send them to.
Shame I won't be there for the event as I fly back to OZ the month before. Bugger!

I reckon there will be a maximum of 20 owners attending the event.
I dont think there will be a copywrite problem especially as they are being given away.
Pity you cant make the Rally but I'll ensure some pics are sent.

Thanks Martyn, I'm on to it! And now for those fashion conscious Podettes that attend the rally I will supply a set of matching Pod Earings. See pic below. If the Podettes wish to take up this offer could they please leave their name on this page somewhere so I can get an idea of numbers .
