Uncertain bits

Hi All,

Can anyone help identify a nipple on the back of the rear brake back plate? It appears to be a grease nipple, but when I unscrewd it brake fluid came out. It does not seem to be a standard blead nipple. It have a ball bearing stopper, and is spring loaded. Also, does anyone know the torque for the ali wheel nuts, on a POD fun 05 model?
