The dealer I bought the Qpod from went bust and closed suddenly 9 months after I bought it, and according to the Barrus agent who is dealing with the repair, Barrus told him they would try to contact the company who imported it to see if they would pay. I will have to wait and see what happens.
Sounds like a fair resolution (apart from 3 weeks off the road) :(
>I had a phone call from Nigel Scarr (a very nice man from Secma France) who had just had my claim land on his desk. He was fact finding and was very reassuring that they would get my problems sorted out and my qpod back on the road as soon as possible, as he was keen to restore Secma's reputation. So some good news at last.

I have to say that although some people have had a very bad time with Mr Scarr, I too have spoken to him in the past and found him to be knowledgable and courteous.
