- As you can see I'm confined to a wheelchair and in a moment of madness in the Summer of 2004 I bought a qpod online without even seeing one in the flesh. After a few weeks in the workshop adapting it to suit my needs I set off on my maiden voyage.
It was fantastic, it gave me the chance to get out and about in the fresh air again.
Now 4 years later and quite a few more hours in the workshop I am able to take my chair with me on the rack I designed to fit on the back.
