Got new piece of stainless steel tube and mate did bit of welding for me. The baffle was ok but the baffle wrap was trashed well what was left of it. All back on and running ok. Mags"

Hi poddys ,My 2007 reg pod sport has suddenly started to pop and splutter on opening the throttle ,with a flat spot mid-range throttle, almost sounds like its running on chock ,the carb is clean both jets replaced ,chock shutter is open,new plug ,new air filter + fresh fuel,the exhaust has been developing a slight blow over the past few months Im not sure if that would be causing the problem,I belive a new silencer is about two million pounds so I intend to get this one mended with a bit of…See More

- I am a keen motorcyclist ,and ride a Honda pan and BMW 1200 when at work ,I have a bike and sidcar for my own use ,and a 07 reg Q Pod sport for bad weather and launching a large inflatable boat on the beach,I seem to have on going engine problems with the pod but its still a fun vehicle to own its covered 16000 miles ,I would very much like to meet fellow pod owners .Cheers Barry
