Hello again Alec,Please could you ask Mattpod to get in tou ch with me(01328700696)or let me have his contact details.I'm interested in buying his Qpod sport,as I've just about given up hope on getting mine back.
Hello Alec,Sorry to bother you again. Is there ay way of putting out a general appeal for help with looking for my stolen Qpod sport?I'm getting more and more desperate.I just keep going round and round in circles on ebay and gumtree.I'm constantly in mourning and weeping inside.
Hello Alec,I've still had no news on my stolen Qpod sport, but there does seem to be a lot of buying and selling activity. Is there any way of monitorng this?Mine is blue and adapted for my disability;controls on r/h side e.t.c.
Sorry Alec another request. Is there anyway you could run a seperate technical section with the different regular problems highlighted and the answers to them pasted in for easy reference. e.g. starter motors, wheel bearings. I know you can search the forum to get these answers but we do seem to be going around in circles re-repeating some of the solutions because people are obviously having problems doing that. Thanks.
Any chance of putting some statistics on the forum as to how many Qpod owners there are on the site, it would be interesting to have a rough idea of how many are on the road in the UK. I can't recall seeing another one except at the rally and a couple being towed by motorhomes.
Must say what a great web site you have created, I did take some pics of my door locks on qpod and with a friends help put them under my instructions on fit door locks dated20jan . and was able to see them for 4 days. now they have gone? vanished! can you recover them and put them in the correct spot i assume its just me pc novice,or do i have to get her to send them again. thanks Barry Singer

Hi Alec, I've just seen your greeting in the "chat" bit of the page, but haven't got a clue how to answer it through that route being acomputer philistine, so hello and happy New Year.
I enjoy the qpod club site, its the first one I've visited more than once or twice. I own a GSX1400 Suzuki and joined a few of those. I,m no prude but I don,t really like the content in some of the sites. However i do enjoy the chat and the technical queries that this one throws up. I've learnt a lot and I hope I've been able to pas on my experiences too.
You have got to get one you do not know what yuou are missing. There seem to be more owners in your area so you could have some great get togethers. So what are you waiting for?
A few months after I bought my Qpod last year the exhaust pipe and a wheel bearing went wrong. I discovered the dealer I bought it from had gone out of business, and Barrus sent me to their agent 50 miles away who had never worked on a Qpod before.
They had it in for NINE WEEKS as it took that long for Secma to supply the parts!
As you can imagine I felt very let down and very isolated as I did not know any other owners to get advice from.
You don't know how relieved I feel now that we have the Qpod club for advice and support!
A very professional looking website and an essential asset for us isolated owners in the North.
Hi Alec, thanks for your message. Heh, I can fix aeroplanes and tinker with cars - but using a computer takes up the remaining 95% of my grey cells!!! Once I,ve worked out how to do it I will update my whatever you call it. I'll get straight onto it!!!!!!! Regards and thanks for starting the club up. great Idea. Alan
Thanks Alec. You must get one. I am only sorry I did not buy one sooner. I bought my Qpod sport November 2007. I love it . I use it rain or shine. It always puts a smile on peoples faces when I pass.I am looking forward to seeing some other member in Cumbria to exchange experiences. Thanks for starting the club.
